I have to agree with the previous posting. I also bought a new Yukon from Power South Bay and have had terrible experiences for the past 5 years. After only 1 1/2 years the leather on the seat was tearing. I took it in and the Service Manager looked at me and said "You wear blue jeans and they tend to ruin leather fast" and would not fix it, although it was still under warranty. Recently they told me I needed a new water pump, I took my car to 3 other mechanics who said that I didn't need one at all. Power was ready to rack my car and charge me $763.00 but so nicely they offered me a 10% discount. Another time I pulled up in line to get the car checked out, well some blonde with big jugs pulled up after me in a corvette. About 3 service guys went to help her and not one came to my car even though I had been there 7 minutes before her. When I first bought the car, I was talked into getting the extended warranty, but then found I could get a better deal through Autonation. I went back to Power to get my money back and they wouldn't give it to me for almost 3 months and when I did get it back, they gave me no interest on it. If it was the other way around they would have been charging me interest. Do yourself a favor and stay away, far away from Power Chevrolet South Bay. Friends don't let friends go to Power South Bay!
