I would suggest anyone attempting to do business with this “Foreclosure Consultant” would be foolish. I lost a rental property listening to the individual who was supposed to represent their clients as a third party. I was, a so called “client” of these folks for 14 months, and I’m ashamed to say, as mentioned here I lost my rental property, more than $20,000.00, and I’m now fighting hard to maintain my primary residence. My statements are not false or misleading claims, I have all documents and emails to support everything I have presented here.
After asking repeatedly for status and weather I could lose my property, I was reassured I had nothing to worry about “You won’t lose your property” I was told multiple times. Now, I understand the person who recommended me, her father, and many other folks are in the serious position of possibly losing their properties as well.
So, I would suggest if you are considering doing business with these folks think again. “A word to the wise is sufficient”. By the way, you do not have to take my word for it ….Google California Department of Real Estate, and look up NO. H- 36639 LA dated May 2010, and read what happen to another individual. I will also add the law says no fees can be asked for, or paid for the services on a Loan Modification in advance. This individual remains in practice after the enactment of the law, and the judgment order of May 2010.
If Paulette B's. review is truly honest, and was successful as she claims, then I congratulate her, but I question it's validity ...and I would not be surprised if she is a plant.
