If you feel like being escorted out of Pompano Suzuki by police officers any time you have a complain about Pompano Suzuki's services, visit Pompano Suzuki and try to buy a car. I have experienced the most frustrating event of my life while trying to purchase a Suzuki Grand Vitara from them. Beware of Mr. Willie Abrun (the sales manager) and his deceptive seling practices and completely unprofessional behavior towards his clients. Do not fall prey to his initial promises as he is unable to keep them! He will do anything in his power to make you think that he is offering a good deal, but in the end you'll end up writing negative comments on the Better Business Bureau website, or in court trying to recover damages. I was promised 0% financing and given the car based on that promise, only to be informed after 16 days that the financing percentage rate increased to 15.9 % and later on to 8.9%. When I decided to cancel the initial agreement, Mr. Willie Abrun thought it would be a good idea to retain $900 from my downpayment as charge for adding 160 miles on the car which allegedly was given to me as a courtesy. Outraged by my demand of the full refund of the downpayment, Mr. Willie Abrun called the police and simply refused any dialogue. To all of you thinking of doing business with Pompano Suzuki, I wish you all the best!
