HIGHLY unethical company -- STAY AWAY!!

Stay away -- this company does not operate ethically or fairly. Their internal organization is completely messed up. I received an email that my order was on back order for 3 weeks (even though it says they had it in stock) and then I tried to cancel the order the next day (per their email) and then they say that it shipped and I couldn't cancel. In the mean time, I received no correspondence that they did in fact have the item and it shipped. So I purchased the same items elsewhere (for less!). Now this company wants to charge me a restocking fee to return the items that they say they did not have in stock but shipped anyway. Unbelievable. They have a good rating with BBB because they pay to be a member. STAY AWAY!!
