I placed an order for an item that was falsely described online and when it arrived It was all shipped so I called to be told that it was the item onlinbe and that they did make a mistake but couldnt send the rest of the item but I could be offered a discount if I wanted to spend more money- Horrible customer service and way to stand behind your company brand and name- the website tells that it strives for customer service but all I got out of it was- hey you agreed to the condition of use and since it was a mistake that the item I ordered was incorrect- that it was my fault-
