Complete waste of time!!! Scam to steal your money. No help and horrible customer service!!!

I wasted my time and money increased my debt and paid them for nothing lost a total of almost 20 thousand dollars by hiring pinnacle tax . Do not fall into their scam!!! They do not care about your debt or have any interest to getting it resolved. They
just want your money. They falsely advertise help and resolution. I don't believe they know what they are doing. I feel like I would have better resolved the situation myself. The tax advisor that handled my case half of the time did not know anything about
my case even after explaining it to him myself and in writing. They are a scam. They are unprofessional and prey on innocent people who are already broken from dept. I do not recommend any business with these people.
