During sale of my home at numerous times Pinnacle was unresponsive to questions, did not supply up to date information and did not sufficiently follow through on the process to ensure the sale was closed in a timely manner. Upon my request for schedules and detailed information I was ignored. Ultimately my agent would not answer my phone calls, email or text messages. That correspondence I did receive was not always complete nor professional. On more than one occasion I was forced to call the office manager/lead broker for information as my Agent was ignoring all means of communication.
I would never use the services of this organization again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
