I found their website to be very detailed. Lots of variety and sales items that caught my attention. Their online assistance was extremely helpful for me.
I ordered a pair of shoes for $207.00 on sale. When I recieved the shoes, they were not new but used. It was very obvious that these were not new shoes. I sent them back at my cost overnight..and had to wait and am still waiting for the credit to hit my account.
It certainly did not take 2 weeks to clear my payment. I bought the same shoes from a different company with no issues whatsoever. As pricey as the items are on their site, they should make 100% sure what they are sending is indeed new items.
