My car broke down Wednesday of last week so I towed it to Perris Tires & Wheels. I called late Thursday afternoon to get a report but was told to "call back in 20 minutes." I call but I’m then told to call back later. I call later and I'm told I will be called back, so I wait but they never call me. Friday I call and I’m told: "Damien is on the other line, call back in 20 minutes." I call back only to be told "Damien will call you back before 7." I call at 6:55 and I’m told that they won't know anything about my car until the next day but if I needed it that night I could pick it up. I reply, "I can't pick it up, it doesn't run." I’m then told, "Ok we'll call you back tomorrow." All weekend, no calls. Tuesday I call and I'm told "Damien knows what's going on with your car, he'll be in at 10." I complain that I've been told the same story since Wednesday. He says "give me your number, I'll make sure he calls as soon as I see him." I give my number but decide to go there and get answers in person. I arrive at 10:30, no Damien. I speak to the man from the call and he asks me to keep my car there another couple days. I tell him I'd give them until 1pm to get back to me. I return at 12:30 and ask the receptionist: "Is Damien here?" He replies "Damien? He doesn't work on Tuesdays." I tell him I need to move my car and I then learn it is no longer in the garage to be worked on but is now in the front as he tells me and hands me the key. I then get it towed to another car shop.
