This company's business's are very shady. On September 11, 2009 I requested a 14 day free trial of Medi Colon cleanse by paying $1.99 for shipping and handling. I received the free trial on September 18, 2009. On September 26, 2009 I find a debit to my checking account from Performance Marketing in the amount of $89.92. I have only had the free trial for 8 days. I called the company, told them I wanted to return the unused portion of their product and get a refund in the amount of $89.92. Their representative tells me, the 14 day free trial began the day I requested it. That is ridiculous. I argued with their representative for 10 minutes, and tells me I should have called earlier. They do not have a refund/return policy posted anywhere on their web site. The representative was very rude and got loud with me, saying it wasn't his fault I couldn't understand. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he put me in someone's voice mail box. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They rip people off by conning them into thinking that they have 14 days from the day they receive the product to try it. How can they call it a 14 day free trial when I've only had the product for 8 days. I am out $89.92.
