I placed an order online on 12/4/08 and my credit card was immediately charged. I expected it within 7 business days. It is now 12/21/08 and my order is still being processed which according to their website should not take any longer than 48 hours. I have called twice. The first time I spoke with someone that could give me a straight answer, I think he just didn't know. I called again and was told it was backordered and would ship out in a couple of days. That was days ago. I will continue to call and if I can not get my product, I will be asking for a refund. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift that was ordered in plenty of time and now that is ruined. The customer service department seems to need some help. I definitly would not have ordered if I knew how poor their service was.
