When I ordered a dress from Perfect Bridal on their website, they said that the order would be delivered in 10-14 weeks. It said nothing about confirming the order before they placed it. I later received a voice mail from their representative stating that the order must be confirmed and hadn't been placed. They told me that the order would therefore have to be rushed in order for me to receive the item by the time of the event. The entire transaction left a sour taste in my mouth and I would suggest avoiding this company.
