This is a Scam, Make promises, get your credit card member, apologize for not doing what they promised then delay for as long as they can , once they do this and after 90 days you can't go back to your credit card company and reverse the charges.
The person handling your account changes, they move , and there telephone number changes. Watch out for Allison
There crooks, !! There scum.
Oh and they will write a response and claim they did everything they could to make a client happy, NOT TRUE
