I contacted Blue Fox Financial to do a loan modification, I spoke with a person by the name of Shimon Mazir, I have requested a refund for non performance of contractual duties and failure to disclose performance. They have not responded and when questioned over the phone would not refund my money. I received no loan modification, spent hours faxing and emailing info to them. This is a BAD company to deal with.
