This company moved my daughter from LA to south MS Dec 2011. They failed to live up to their contract. They failed to notify my daughter about the delivery of the furniture in a timely manner. Even worse they did not deliver the footboard for her king sized bed. The bed rail was also broken. A $300 entertainment center was also damaged to the extent that it is not usable. The company did not even try to make restitution. The claims department offered to settle for $167 dollars. The company rep also sent a threating email when my daughter mention reporting them to the BBB. Horrible company!!!! Horrible moving experience!!!! Would rate them in the negatives. Could not remove the one star or I would have.
