I never give a bad review. Usually there is always something good to say about something/someone. But I completely dislike this moving company. Yes, they have good prices, but the worst service ever. They were 5 hours late to pick up our boxes and lied every time we called to find out what was going on. All they had to do was tell us that they would be late. Not lie and say they would be there in 30 minutes or an hour. That isn't even the worst part.
They called us about 2 weeks later to say our things would be here on the Friday coming up. Then called the Thursday before and said not till next Friday. Then called that Friday and said they wouldn't be here till the next Tuesday. On the Monday night, called and said they wouldn't be here till Wednesday. Well, Wednesday came and 45 minutes prior to when they were supposed to be at our house, they call and say they will be coming between Sunday and Tuesday. Okay, I was officially pissed. My husband called off work every time. We have a baby and need his things. And we went through the holidays without anything. Not to mention that half way through our move, they give our things to another company and didn't even tell us. Their contract says they will have it to you in 21 days, the latest. It has been over a month and all they offer to us, is a $10 discount. Thanks, but no thanks. I am livid with this company and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
I am not stretching the truth on this, at all. I am usually the nicest person and really hard to piss off, but they hit the spot. They have put so much stress on my husband, me, and even our son. Go through them, at your own risk.
