At first my experience was great, I spoke to Rochelle and Chris on the phone and they appeared to be genuine and concerned with the re-financing of my condo. However, it all went downhill when they told me that I could not refinance unless I got dwelling insurance (which I did not have to pay for before). They agreed to pay for it for 2 years (but did not). Later Rochelle gave me the final numbers and when I was signing the documents they were at $2000 more, I asked her what it was about and she said that it would be adjusted. I expressed my concern via e-mail and on the phone several times and after the deal was done she said that that fee was normal (even though that would have made me change my mind) My payments are now $100 more and I'm only saving about $50 a month after all the fees and insurance. Not to mention that now it will be 3 years as opposed to 2 before I break even. Not worth it, this was my first home and they took advantage just to make a commission. Do not trust them, they are not looking after your best interest even though they appear to be.
