Paycare Update
|
The bankruptcy hearing was held and the Willsea's attorney appeared. They did not. The Trustee set a new hearing date of January 17, 2012. Creditors (this also applies to victims of the Willsea's business practices) must fill out the necessary paperwork on time or risk being disallowed. Here is some information that appeared in the latest Press Enterprise (a local newspaper in Riverside) article:
"Creditors owed money must file a proof of claim form with the court on or before March 5, 2012. Those forms can be found at www.uscourts.gov/FormsAndFees/Forms/BankruptcyForms.aspx or at the bankruptcy court clerk’s office."
For more details, Google "Scott and Isabel Willsea" and check out the results. One of the sites that comes up was put together by a former client (and current victim) of Paycare; it has a lot of good information and is updated periodically.
Don't let the Willsea's get away with it, join together and make your voices heard. Good luck and keep fighting!
