In the middle of my negotiations with Patiocrew, his installers in Northern California had quit and so I was in an unusual position to complete the installation. I could not pass-up on the great pricing for the patio cover, so I decided to install it myself and Warren agreed to provide me whatever information or help I needed. Based on that I ordered a stand-alone 20x20 patio. I ordered on Monday and he said it would be delivered to me by Friday. I was a bit skeptical, but it did arrive on Friday! The material was sent directly from the vendor in Sacramento and they did miss a couple of items which were sent after numerous tries. Only criticism I have is that I did not receive any installation instructions, but managed to overcome that with numerous calls to Warren. I also had a unique lighting/receptacles installation in the rafters, which I did myself, and Warren was extremely helpful in that area as well. Wasn't easy to do all this over the phone, but we made it work. The patio was fully installed on 9/23/11 and I have to say it looks great and we will enjoy it for many years to come. I was really pleased dealing with Warren, his helpfulness and his patience with all my questions. Extremely helpful given the unusual situation I was in.
