We have not yet finished pool and have ran into several issues with Paradise. We have gotten the run around every time we call and the same answer its in the contract and in the plans. The standing water was called "our problem". Get one answer from scheduler and another from sales. We were told many things were standard and included in contract. No need to write them down. And at time of installation was charged! We were treated, not as a paying customer but as if we were working for them.
