I have never had such terrible customer service from a corporate company in my entire life...and I have had many bad experiences. Upon a website malfunction, I called Papaya asking them to honor their promotion when their website did not work and was told they could not do anything. So I asked for a manager and was transferred to Annie who was beyond rude and perhaps the worst trained customer service representative I have ever spoken to. In fact, she hung up on me. I called back and asked to be transferred to her manager or supervisor and apparently no one is above her because they would only let me talk to her. She even implied that she was trying to rip me off and yelled at me telling me not to call back. If this is really how the company and customer service operates, they deserve no more than 1 star or less.
