I placed an order through their Ebay store for a "MINT" unlocked cell phone. According to the description, the phone was in excellent/unused condition and in the original box. They offered an attractive deal on this phone + free shipping. The phone arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I was only able to view the phone while it was on for a few minutes, until it died (old battery, I assumed). So, I tried charging the phone. Nothing happened... it would not hold a charge. Finally, I messaged the seller and requested a new battery be sent because I couldn't 'try out' the phone until I could actually turn it on. Well, that was no problem. They immediately replied with "we'll send you a new battery ASAP." It took nearly a week for the battery to arrive. When I got the battery, I put it in and viola, it had power. Upon further inspection, however, the phone had small scratches on the interface along with interior specs of what looked like ballpoint pen just underneath the screen. Sure sign that it had some 'use.' It also came with a car charger, a wall charger, and headphones. As I was trying out my accessories (now that the phone was functioning) I noticed the wall charger was severed (cut into two pieces). Another major flaw was the headphones. They didn't even fit this phone model. So, to fast forward, I contacted the seller once again and explained my dissatisfaction with this phone. They sent me a refund form to fill out, and had me mail them the phone back. According to their technicians, everything I claimed in my description of the phone and it's defects were accurate, so they decided to refund my purchase. BUT WAIT - under one condition: I had to leave them POSITIVE feedback on Ebay. What a scam! This is how they have a 99.5% feedback score on Ebay... BLACKMAIL! That being said, fellow Ebayers, I would highly recommend NOT purchasing from 'panasystem.' It appears they are running a shady business with defective/refurbished products and claiming them as 'new' or 'mint' condition.
