(HORRIBLE SERVICE) - Please be careful if you purchase something from them...

Recent purchase with Pacific Sales at Irvine was a NIGHTMARE! Ordered a new fridge on Tuesday and requested Thursday morning delivery. Was told by cashier (J*N*Y) that although 8AM delivery is not possible because the spot's already filled, she would communicate with the driver to have the fridge delivered & installed before noon because that's when I have to return to work. She mentioned that I would get a call on MY cell phone (and I verified that the phone number with her) the night prior for delivery time frame. Comes Wednesday night, NO phone calls to my cell phone.

Then, Thursday morning, I waited and waited until 10:05AM and called Pacific Sales Irvine and spoke to a manager (M*LT*N). He said that a voicemail was left the night before on my husband's cell phone that the delivery time would be 11AM-3PM. So, when I questioned why I was not called on MY cell phone as requested, he pretty much said that it was the number on the account so they called him instead...so no one bothered to follow instructions and customer request. Then, I called my husband and he said someone did try to call him the night before but never left a voicemail. So, I called M*LT*N back and told him about it. He barely apologized and said that he spoke to the delivery person and that I should expect the fridge to be at my house by 1PM but that I would get a call one hour ahead of delivery so I can have time to leave work and return home. Just in case something happens and my delivery is delayed, he advised me not to go home until I get the phone call. He specifically told me that he made sure that the driver calls me on MY cell phone this time.

As 1 PM rolled around, I was shocked that I have not received a phone call. When I called and spoke to a R*CH*L, she said "The driver was at your house at 1PM and no one was home so he spoke to a man that told him to come back tomorrow between 7AM to 11AM". I had no idea what she was talking about1 I didn't get my phone call as promised and who is this mystery man that the driver spoke with. I told her that I need the fridge TODAY for a party and that I would be able to go home at 2:20PM at the EARLIEST. She talked to the driver to re-arrange the delivery.

So, I rushed home after scrambling to change my work schedule for something that's not my mistake and made it home at 2:28PM to find that the delivery truck had left...after waiting 8 minutes (even though I warned R*CH*L that 2:20PM is the earliest that I can make it so the driver may need to wait!). Thank goodness the driver saw my car and came back around. So, after I got my fridge installed, I called my husband to see if he was the mystery man that told them to redelivery tomorrow between 7AM to 11AM. He said he NEVER told them to redeliver tomorrow. He just told them that he's upset because we didn't get our delivery in the morning like we were promised. Complicated story.

The point is, the people at Pacific Sales are friendly when they try to sell you something. Then, comes problems and you will get no answers. Their phone system is in the ice ages so you will have to wait forever to speak to someone. And, when you ask for corporate info to file legal complaint, they will tell you that they are going to hang up the phone because they are not supposed to discuss this with the customer??!! What a waste of my day! I spent mosts of my day on the phone trying to get a fridge installed. Next time, try SEARS.
