PACIFIC SALES DELIVERY PEOPLE ARE NOT RELIABLE. THEY DID NOT CHECK ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS TO MAKE SURE IT WAS WORKING BEFORE LEAVING. WE ENDED UP WITH NO REFRIGERATOR FOR 5 DAYS! WE HAVE SENT IN A REQUEST FOR COMPENSATION FOR SOME OF THE FOOD ITEMS WE LOST, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED.
THE ANTI TIP BRACKET FOR THE RANGE HAD BEEN REMOVED AND PACIFIC SALES FAILED TO INSTALL ONE WHEN ASKED TO DO SO. I DID CALL THE AMANA CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH STATED THAT BRACKET WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS NOW TO GET THAT SAFETY DEVICE INSTALLED.
THE TWO OF FOUR ITEMS WHICH WE ARE HAVING NO PROBLEMS WITH ARE THOSE WE HAD INSTALLED BY NON PACIFIC SALES PEOPLE.
THE IN-STORE STAFF IS FRIENDLY BUT THE POOR SERVICE MAKES THIS COMPANY A NIGHTMARE.
