I have been dealing with Pacific Home Remodeling since approx. April of 2008. I should have known that this was going to be something of a nightmare when the salesman was at my home for over 3 hours trying to get me to sign a contract for $12,500 to paint a 900 square foot California Bungalow house. I began to get delay calls, undocumented workers from Cuban Prisons, workers urinating on my property with my wife walked up on the worker with his "tool" exposed, cutting into electrical connections and trying to have an unlicensed "Electrician" fix their error, etc..etc..etc.. Now I have found that the paint job that cost me $12,500 is bubbling all over the house. We have been trying get them to come up to see the problem and finally someone was sent out, started sanding and stripping the bubbled spots and now have not shown up for 3 days. The house looks worse than it did before we started this nightmare over 2 YEARS AGO!! I just want my house to be painted and to be a PROUD homeowner again -- this time around is as bad as the first time around and I can not see a light at the end of the tunnel. -- We did DEMAND a Port-A-Potty be placed on site while their crew is here but the Port-a-Potty guy came to pick it up the next day so I had to pay $50.00 for him to leave it here - it happened again the next day also and this time the Foreman of the crew paid it and reimbursed me - this is the only thing positive that I have seen anyone from this company do to date.
