I should've researched this company more before signing up a contract. The sales person came in and simply read off of a power point presentation - literally word by word. It seemed so fake. When he asked how we decided to work with companies I mentioned I always look up companies through the BBB, he immediately dismissed the BBB saying that if you don't pay them, they don't write good reviews for them and that only companies who pay them money get a good grade. I knew better but decided to trust them instead of the BBB - BIG MISTAKE. We paid 11k for windows - yes, yes we did. They came to take meausements and about a month later came to install our windows and patio door. They didn't leave a 'clean' work area like those other reviews said. Plus there is a gap between the patio door and our floor - a gap which they said they are not responsible for filling in with anything. That is OUR responsibility, because it is our fault that our old door was wider than this one. As if they didn't take measurements to make sure it was a 'perfect fit' (that's what they promised during the sales pitch. They also 'threw in' black out shades during the sales pitch - they are a 'no show' (never ordered they said.) Keep looking if you're considering this company - just keep looking.
