We have been trying to refinance for a very long time before we connected with Pacific Beneficial Mortgage Co. Every other service we dealt with asked for lots of paper, only to have us sink when the underwriters insisted in the silliest things such as
a letter stating we paid no Homeowner Association Fees, despite there being no evidence in our bank accounts to this effect!? Every time we produced things in a day more things were added. This process would persist until we rates would rise again. This despite
