PCV Murcor is the lowest paying Appraisal Management Company in the industry. They only pay $200 for a Full Appraisal that takes at least 2 days to complete. When the homeowner pays $340 for the appraisal, PCV Murcor takes $140 off the top! Yet they still expect their appraisers to work extra hard when other AMCs are paying $325-$350 to the appraiser. When you decide to Refi or Buy a home, make sure your lender is not choosing an Appraisal Management Company who wants all the profit for themselves. It just means those appraiser are working for minimum wage and they are dieing for work. Your appraisal will be unqualified and screw over you loan. Demand that your appraiser is fairly paid and well qualified!
