I don't know about the past issues with this company as stated in some of the reviews. But my experience was only positive. I assume that those who were disgruntled dealt with the former management. I needed a part for my tractor and i found their quote
cheaper than the national chains, including Oxnard, Camarillo and even Thousand Oaks. I live on a ranch in Somas and was pleased i didn't have to drive too far. to get the expensive part.
