Wonderful company! We received several quotes to have to have our acoustic ceilings removed/covered over, and went with Original Richard (http://www.originalrichard.com/) because they gave me a fair quote, said they could do everything (cover over and prime >1200 sq ft of acoustic ceilings) in ONE DAY and I liked that they have been in business for over 30 years (so you know they will be around for another 30 years if something were to go wrong). I spoke to 2 of their references who spoke very highly of their work. They showed up early one morning, covered the floors, walls, and furniture with large plastic sheets (to keep everything clean while they worked), and went straight to work. By the end of that day, our dirty, stained, dusty acoustic ceilings were gone and we were left with lovely flat ceilings that were primed and ready to be painted (I hired a different company to paint my ceilings though Original Richard will paint your ceilings for you as well for a fee). The house and yards were exactly was they had been at the start of the day - you could not really tell that we had had a team of workers descend on our home and that they had (through one day's labor) miraculously transformed our home for the better (which they had). I could not have asked for a better experience and cannot recommend Original Richard more highly.
