Worse Shipping/Customer Service

I had set up Dates when i would be home and even arranged dates that would be good to go ahead and ship the PC so that it would arrive when I got home or very close after. I spend right at 8500 for a set up arranged to be able to have the system sent out 11th or 14th provided it was ready. On the 9th the system was ready to ship I called to even double check this to make sure that it didn't get shipped to soon. I waited till the evening of the 14th to make sure that it had been shipped since i hadn't gotten a tracking number yet. Then i procced to just wait and finally got it on the 16th and showed that it would be delivered on the 18th. At this point I was just happy that it was shipped out. On Friday 18th i don't get a call or anything after taking off I waited till 730pm when my delivery date became unavailable for them i called them to find out what was going on. When i talked to them i found out that Origin gave them the wrong phone number for me, Didn't even call to have the pick up done on the system till the 16th. When i called support for origin to find out why all of this had gotten messed up date/phone number and how to go through with the return process since i haven't gotten the system and will have to wait till the 21st now to even talk to them. The support person just had one excuse after another and kept coming up with them over and over and even stepping over his own excuses during the call. At this point I'd have to say Never Never go with Origin PC
