Given up.

I’ve given up, I’m tired of asking. Three and a half month ago and counting I sent my pc back due to some equipment malfunction and have been very patience with Origin. At first I only called once the first month then upped it to twice the second and progressively more since. Each time getting the same story of “waiting on parts”, then after that the run around and nobody ever giving me a time frame or a straight answer. I’ve given up on trying to get any kind of idea as to when I might receive it back, I’m still going to try to be patient but let this be warning to any future customers as to what you’ll be dealing with if you have any issues with your pc and have to send it back. It’s almost best to diagnose the problem your self and replace the parts, it’ll save you a lot of head aches.
