Not good so far

Just received a EON 17 SLX, and it ran for about 8 hours total over 1.5 days. Blue screen crash, then the unit failed to power up again. Am shipping it back for repairs. Unreal. I understand that sometimes "things happen", but for $3600 I expect it to be made right and never have an issue again. They'll have one shot to fix it, before I request a refund.

We do work hard to provide a positive experience to every one of our customers and we regret that this has not been the case. It is not the ORIGIN PC experience we work to provide but unfortunately, things sometimes do happen and if they do, ORIGIN PC is always more than willing to work in good faith to meet our customers concerns.
