Not so great.

Got my laptop in 2014, took a long time from when I ordered to when I actually received it. Worked awesome when I got it, but then I realized that the wireless card only had 2.4 GHz (which was not shown when I built it), so I had them upgrade the card, but now it is failing and guess what...this card is no longer made AND my system will not take another card. You would think that a $5000 plus machine would last a bit longer. Now my keyboard is dying, that's a $70 plus replacement. I am also getting weird errors, so I call in to see what is wrong, every time I call in I get a different answer, I recently reinstalled windows and guess what, still getting the errors, but now I cannot talk to anyone in tech support because they are now too busy, more like they have a skeleton crew. So much for 2/7 support. I do not think I will ever buy another Origin PC.
