I have had nothing but problems with this rental company. They tell you one thing and then ignore you when it comes time to handle the problems. My A/C was broken for 2 mos. before they finally came to fix it. My car was broken into twice and my apt was broken into once. AND THIS IS A "GATED" COMMUNITY. If you just need a cheap price but are willing to completely sacrifice quality, go with them, but if you want appliances fixed in a timely manner, and don't want to deal with an impersonal leasing company, that regardless of rental history, still treats its company horribly, I advise you to stay away from the AVALON ST. apartments in Riverside and any other owned by orange lemon ltd. I have been burned and they are trying to stiff me on my deposit as we speak. Thanks for taking the time to read this and take heed to my warning. Don't trust this company
