On Aug 22nd at approximately 9:20 a.m. My son, who was coming to visit, slipped and fell on the balcony from a puddle of water created by the AC unit. The paramedics were called. As the paramedics treated the victim, one of the co manager, (Denise), thought it was funny that he fell, and loudly started laughing, not trying to help the situation, but downgrade. It should be noted the unprofessional behavior of this co manager who was put in charge. She needs to go back to training to learn how to talk to people without yelling.
