YOU GUYS GET FIVE STARS IN MY BOOK !! Granted I was’t too happy to hear that the tenant was moving out and I was wonder why. So I stopped by the house to talk to the tenants to see if there was anything I could do to have them stay. They explain that they were being transferred to San Jose. While talking to them, I ask if they had any suggestions about the house and they only had one. Do not get rid of Orange County Property Management, they are the BOOM !!! I did not understand what they met and they explain to me the headaches they have had with past companies and with the current management company they are dealing with in San Jose. All they did is praise how responsive you were when it came to a maintenance issue and how considerate you have been in showing the house and the no shows you have experienced the last few times. And to hear that you have already rented the house prior to the tenants moving out, just makes my day. Thanks again, Pam
