STAY AWAY! I was that girl that read the bad reviews and thought I'd try my luck because I really liked the place they had. Total definition of Slumlords. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions, but it was the most horrific renting experience I've ever had. Long story short I lived in our place for 8 weeks and had to move out because of uninhabitable living conditions. They FLAT OUT LIED to me about problems the apartment previously had that they fixed cheaply and quickly. Javier and Lance are terrible terrible terrible people to work with. During the 2+ weeks I had to live in my apartment while it was under construction they refused to call me back, respond to emails or let me know anything that was going on. Javier is the property manager and NEVER answers the phone and rarely returns calls. Also had a huge termite problem that I complained about numerous times from the moment we moved in and as of the date we moved out nothing had been done, and in fact, when I called to complain to someone "over" Javier because he wasn't doing his job, I spoke with Lance who told me as far as he knew the problem had been taken care of. So they lie for each other and its clear that they know what they're doing and have absolutely no intentions of treating renters with respect. Seriously, do not rent from them. These people don't deserve to be in business!!!
