Horrible customer service.. Was initially told I would receive a response of my application in about 2-3 business days. I proceeded to call Maria (2 business day later)and she said she would return my call with an answer by the end of business day. She didn't call.
So, we called the following day.. Once again, she said she'd return our call by end of business day.
14 days passed, I wrote a letter (they received it)and FINALLY a phone call.. Never, will do business with them again!!!
