I had two other companies come to my home before O.C. Craftsman. The other two companies reps were very nice and spent a lot of time, actually TOO much time demonstrating thier windows (2 hours)I still gave them my full attention. I was shocked and a little upset that both of these "well known" companies said that "if I did not make a decsion to buy that day, I would lose the best price" Needless to say I said "No Thanks"
I met with the OCC rep Mike. He was well versed in the products as well as covering the installation styles in detail. Mike told me that thier every day pricing was by far better than most contractors and/or re-sellers because OCC was the factory with no retail mark-ups. He was right. The bid to do the windows for my entire home was MUCH less and thier Infinty windows had even more features than the other two.(Milgard & Atrium)Without hesitation, I hired OCC that day. I am realy glad I did.
My windows and patio door were ready in a week and all my windows (25) were installed in 2 days. The installation was exactly as Mike described. Next project is my entry door and I plan on using OCC for that as well.
