We recently purchased a new mattress and boxspring from Online Store at a wonderful discount. Since the mattress is made to order they said it could take three weeks or more for manufacture and shipping. Within two weeks to the day we ordered the new Simmons it was delivered. The delivery people called two days in advance and delivered on their promised schedule. They set up the new mattress and took the old bedding away. The entire transaction was seamless and our new Simmons mattress is wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend Online Store.
(I think we may have had a slight advantage as we live in NC and our Simmons is made in Charlotte, NC.)
