A rep from this company called and talked to everyone at my company fishing for info, and then called back and said he was in a contract with us. When we realized they weren't and tried to send the product back they refused. They also sold the toner at 5x's the normal rate and then kept sending shipments that we did not order. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM
