Still waiting for trundle ordered 1.5 years ago from Fred Golightly

I ordered a princess castle bed with trundle in June 2012 ...received a damaged bed last Christmas and still have not received the trundle. Requests for a refund go unanswered and excuses abound about delays in manufacturing and shipping. 1.5 years is
long enough. Where is my trundle and where does the truth lie? The only lie I can find is that my trundle will ever arrive at my door. Fred steals your money and then dodges you all the way to the bank and to top it all the princess tiara that was supposed
to come with the bed should have been silverplated with rhinestones...What did I get... an artificial flower candle ring made of plastic!
