I read some of these reviews here after my purchase. I was not so sure, but I spoke with Fred, and he explained that they did have problems delivering earlier this year. It was not because of the company, but the factory was so late. He said that they have been making furniture for 6 years, and since last November, it was rough because the factory they used was not honest. I ordered my Pirate Ship bed from him in July. He told me that when I look at the reviews to see that no one complains about the bed, and he was correct. It was just the delivery time and only since about November to this summer.
Now that I have my bed, my son is a real pirate, and it was worth the wait! The bed is beautiful! The way I look at it is this. I got a huge discount off the retail of the bed; it is retailed for $1,899 but I only paid $1,299. Fred also split the shipping cost with me because of the delay. Anyway, I hope that anyone looking at these complaints will give Olivia & Will a chance. The beds they make are wonderful and nothing like it on the internet or any store around! But, I guess with buying direct from the manufacturer, there are delays that are not normal through a store.
