Olan Mills
I would like to review the service quality of Olan Mills. The quality of the pictures and amount of backgrounds available are ample. However I have an issue with the advertising that this company publishes.
When Olan Mills staff are presented with a coupon that states: "“Present this coupon at time of sitting. Limit one special offer per family subject, please. Your choice of props and background, which may vary by location. $4.95 package/handling fee not included in price shown. Additional portrait sheets $12.99 each. Ad offer applies to favorite pose. Not valid with any other special offer, reorders or studio special events. Offer good at Olan Mills studio locations."
They are requiring the client to purchase the FIRST POSE, which is no where stated on the coupon.
I feel that Olan Mills is sending out false advertisement via e-mail and also via printed media.
I would like to have corporate office revise their coupon verbiage so that they clearly reflect the policy enforced by their staff.
