I owed $998,000 on my first and $180,000 on my second. My house was worth about $550,000. I was at a 3.2% adjustable on the first and 6% fixed on the second. Official Realty got my second settled at 10% of what I owed and got me a $398,000 principal reduction on my first with a 2% interest rate. Official Realty and there team all coached me on what to expect going into it. It was a long process and we had to jump through a few hoops but they got it done. They were more expensive than any other company but definitely worth it.
