Terrible customer service and misleading shipping info--Patrick and Misty are awful!!!

UPDATE: It's now a full week later and STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT...called back and asked for a refund on the package since it was not delivered and was told I would get a refund when the package was returned to them. When I asked to speak to management, I was told that Brandon was the owner but that he was a 'very busy man'and that they were closing in 3 minutes so I should feel lucky they are even talking to me...what a joke--a company that does not stand behind their business nor their processes...I am filing a complaint with the BBB, the FDA and my CC company...all they had to do is be honest about the shipping...
Bait and switch on the shipping. I did this program before and the drops arrived to my home the next day. Now they say 'ship the same day' but use podunk DSL who delivers to the post office, blah, blah. Just say it takes 3-5 business days upfront so people know what to expect. I call to find out where they are b/c I started with a bottle I already had and Misty was of no help...'I can try to have someone call you back, I don't have the number to the other site, managers are in and out of meetings so its hard for them to reach you'...blah, blah. Used to be a good company, now I think they are sketchy...who has no manager elevation process in customer service, ridiculous. And be honest about your T's & C's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
