Bought a nice executive office chair from Office Star. After a short time one of the arm pads developed a crack. Should have turned in for warranty replacement but the process did not seem worth my time for parts that would cost less than $30 to ship to me, so I ordered. Since then I have spent hours (no exaggeration) trying to get them to ship (they never sent UPS tracking info as promised so I had to email a month later to find out UPS had a problem with delivery and returned them) and then reship the items (at my cost no less!). This started in September 2010 it is now almost the end of January 2011. Eight days ago I was told the items were in stock and would ship that day. Eight days and still no UPS tracking number. I should have contested the charge to my credit card after the first two months now it is to late. So I am left with a defective chair, a charge for the parts and shipping, no parts, and a chair full of empty promises. Not a reputable company.
