I am writing this to express our gratitude for having helped us with our reverse mortgage. From our very first visit with you, you explained the process in simple terms and in Spanish for us to understand you better which gave us the trust and confidence to move forward with our decision. Our process began towards the ending of November and closed escrow on January 9th. Soon after my husband suffered a stroke but you helped us realized we didn't have to further pay on our mortgage and could still reside in our home. For these reasons my husband was able to retire from his job and we are comfortable from the monies we collected from our equity.
We are going to recommend our friends and family members that are in a similar situation to do apply to do the same.
