The contact person was good at what she does. I expected her to act in confidence. After the loan was closed I spent hours on the phone trying to make contact with the loan servicing company. I was not successful. I sent the servicer my bank information directly for automatic. They finally called and wanted me to resend it somewhere else. I asked them if they had inter office mail. They claimed they did but said I should continue to try and contact someone else in their group.
My tax information was sent to another person along with my SS number. Now I need to be concerned about identity theft.
If this lender is recommended to you .....pass and use someone else.
